Download the athenaPatient app to manage your visits, message your care team, and view your health information securely from your phone.
At Soledad Medical Clinic, we use the athenahealth patient portal to help you stay informed and involved in your care. The athenaPatient mobile app is a convenient way to access your portal from your smartphone.
With the app, you can:
- Save time before and after your visits
- Stay in touch with your care team between appointments
- Quickly find test results, visit summaries, and more—all in one secure place
And the app is free to download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
What you can do with the athenaPatient app
Use the athenaPatient app to manage your health with Soledad Medical Clinic:
- Easy, secure login
Log in quickly with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device’s biometric authentication—no need to enter your password every time. - Message your care team
Send secure messages to your providers when you have questions about your medications, lab results, or symptoms - View your test results
See lab work, imaging, and other test results as soon as they’re shared with you through the portal. - Manage your appointments
View upcoming visits and, when available, request or self-schedule appointments with your care team. - Check in from home
Complete forms and check in ahead of time so you spend less time on paperwork at the clinic.
Note: Some features depend on what Soledad Medical Clinic has enabled in our patient portal. If you’re not seeing a feature, ask our staff for help.
How to get started (3 simple steps)
Step 1 – Make sure you have a Patient Portal account
If you’re not yet signed up for our online patient portal, ask our front desk team to send you an email invitation, or give us a call. You’ll create a username (email) and password.
Step 2 – Download the athenaPatient app
On your smartphone:
- Open the Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Search for “athenaPatient”.
- Look for the app by athenahealth and tap Download / Install.
Step 3 – Log in and connect
- Open the athenaPatient app.
- Log in using the same email and password you use for the Soledad Medical Clinic patient portal.
That’s it! You’re ready to view your health information and stay connected with your care team.
