Soledad Community Health Care District is partnering with Central California Alliance for Health (CCAH) and Aliena to bring mobile 2-D digital mammography services to Soledad.

Women ages 40–74 are encouraged to sign up for an upcoming screening date. Space is limited, and appointments are encouraged.

Please note: At least 365 days should have passed since your previous mammogram to help ensure insurance coverage.

CCAH Members

Patients with Central California Alliance for Health (CCAH) as their primary coverage may qualify for a $50 gift card if all program eligibility requirements are met. Additional eligibility information is available from CCAH.
